Tatyasaheb Kore College of Law is a legal education institution under VMPKP, committed to nurturing socially responsible lawyers and bridging the justice gap in underserved communities.
Tatyasaheb Kore College of Law was established under V.M. Patil Krushi Pratishthan (VMPKP) with the vision to provide accessible legal education to students from tribal regions of Palghar district and nearby areas. The need arose from the growing demand for legal awareness and representation among underserved communities, where youth previously lacked opportunities to study law without migrating to major cities.
The college fosters a practice-oriented academic atmosphere, preparing students to become socially conscious legal professionals. With a focus on constitutional values, justice, and legal literacy, the college integrates doctrinal study with experiential learning through moot court sessions, legal writing, and field exposure.
Located in the Gurukul Shikshan Sankul, Asangaon, the college is in the process of receiving approval from the Bar Council of India (BCI). The LL.B. program is a 3-year full-time course open to graduates from any stream.
Since its inception, the college has become a beacon for first-generation law aspirants. It provides students not just with academic training, but also exposure to legal aid camps, judiciary preparation, and career paths in advocacy, litigation, corporate law, and public service.
